SafetyRespect AB has developed a new fall-protection concept for the construction industry in order to meet the increasing demands and needs for creating a safe workplace. Quality Assured Edge Protection is an approach in which we focus on the limited construction time, increased pre-fabrication and applicable regulations. We have created a structure through documentation, manuals, and also developed products with integrated safety features that support quality assurance. Continuous monitoring and checking of the mounted edge protection with checklists and an action plan are included.

THIS IS HOW WE WORK WITH QUALITY ASSURANCE
1. Edge-Protection Analysis
A consultative review of fall risks in the project. Should be carried out in conjunction with design and be documented in the project’s risk analysis.
2. Training
Practical instructions for workers/fitters at the site with current edge-protection products.
3. User Manuals
We provide installation instructions for SafetyRespect edge protection, Aluminium Barrier Systems, Flex and Safety Fan.
4. Usage
We provide checklists for proper installation and continuous monitoring of the mounted edge protection.
5. Safety Checks
Periodical surveys of the assembled edge protection and proposals for action in case of any inaccuracies. Safety checks can be performed by own staff or by SafetyRespect AB.
