Lift shaft gate

The Lift Shaft Gate is the safe and versatile alternative to other safeguards for lift shafts in civil engineering. On the one hand, this temporary shaft door protects the construction site personnel from accidents and functions as a fall protection in this respect. On the other hand, it ensures easy access to carry out work inside the shaft. The Lift Shaft Gate can be installed from the outside as well as from the inside, with the help of the fixing brackets and suspension tubes. The upper door can be opened separately, e.g. to allow tools to be handed in.

The built-in triangular lock prevents uninvited access to the shaft, yet the intelligent design allows the entire door to be opened from the inside without a key to ensure smooth escape in case of fire or danger. The door, which weighs less than 40 kg, can easily be adapted to the structural conditions for wider shaft openings. For this purpose, the panels are used to fill the desired width. Panels and door can be set up in various combinations to customize according to specific needs. Gap covers for attachment to the upper end of the Lift Shaft Gate complete the range.

LIFT SHAFT DOOR

The Lift Shaft Door can be opened as a whole or only the upper half of the door. The integrated triangular lock prevents unauthorised entry or accidents.

The Gap Covers close any gaps between the lift shaft door and the top edge of the shaft opening.

Trench bridge 8 m

The Trench Bridges ensure a safe crossing over open channel trenches. They are made of steel with non-slip treads. This allows unrestricted business operations during construction work. All trench bridges are flexibly implementable and convertable.

Each Trench Bridge carries 5 kN/m². The Trench Bridges are available in 5 lengths as standard, from 2 m total length up to 8 m. Pre-assembled crane hooks allow safe craning and positioning above the trench or excavation. Following the consistent modular principle, all individual parts of the Trench Bridges are replaceable in case of damage. All Trench Bridges are available with handrails.

Stairway 700

Stairway 700 is an adjustable site stair that provide safe temporary access for movement around construction sites during work. It is available in six lengths and can be easily connected together when longer lengths are required. Stairway 700 is extremely versatile delivering safe site movement onto temporary works structures, between floor levels or to access and egress excavations and embankments.

Adjustable site stairs are folded flat for transport and storage, and assembly is easy and fast for two people, even when connecting stair units together. They are delivered with two handrails, which automatically adjust to the inclination of the stairway angle between 30° and 55°. The steps always remain horizontal, whatever angle is achieved.

Adjustable site stairs are available in six lengths which can be easily connected together when longer lengths are required, offering heights of up to 4,75 m from a single stairway. These are manufactured in two standard widths, 700 mm and 1000 mm. Adjustable site stair 700 has an overall width of 800 mm with an effective access width of 700 mm. Adjustable site stair 1000 has an overall width of 1100 mm with an effective access width of 1000 mm.

Manufactured from galvanized steel sections with steps using anti-slip expanded metal to reduce the possibility of falling and having the added benefit of removing dirt from boots. Four stairway feet ensure high stability.

Adjustable site stairs satisfy the access requirements of European Standard EN 12811.

SafetyRespects SafetyMats protect walkways in any environment by keeping dirt and moisture away, reducing surface wear and lowering cleaning costs. They also help prevent slip accidents while clearly marking safe routes for staff and visitors throughout the workplace.

SafetyMats are ideal for both indoor and outdoor high-traffic areas, helping to prevent slips while reducing dirt buildup and surface wear. They are particularly suitable for walkways and entrances at construction sites, offices, and public environments. Each mat is one meter wide and ten meters long, and is delivered on a roll for quick and easy installation. They can also be easily cut with a knife for a perfect fit.

SafetyMats stay firmly in place on most surfaces and effectively capture dirt, water, and snow from shoe soles. They also work very well as a scraping surface for shoe soles at entrances. The mat is made of thin, welded plastic threads that make it very strong and durable. Thanks to the symmetrical underside with an open base, dirt and water can drain straight through, which also makes cleaning easier. The mats can be cleaned directly on site with a carpet-cleaning machine or rinsed with a water hose or pressure washer. They are made of 100% recyclable PVC.

Other typical areas of use include residential buildings, subways, sidewalks, sports facilities, gardens, hotels, restaurants, icy surfaces, tool and equipment boxes, as well as around bathrooms and pool edges.
